I have been using Epzicom since late 2004, and have had ZERO problems with it. My CD4 counts have continued to rise on it (167 in 2004 to 452 in 2010) and my viral load quickly dropped to UD and stayed there. The only drawback I see is that I did experience some lipodystrophy. I didn't get a buffalo hump, but I did appear to be 12 months pregnant. Other than that, the benes certainly outweigh the fat shift.
