My cataract surgery recovery has become complicated -- third week out and have swelling behind retina. Dr. has prescribed Acuvail (ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic) for four weeks. The instructions from drug company says to only use for 14 days. I'm wary. I am also given Pred Forte for inflamation. What do you think about this?

I take 1-2 mL per bad migraine. They are to injected intramuscularly. My doctor told me to take no more than 2 doses per week due to possible liver damage. I know it sounds so stupid, but I have to admit to taking more when it hasn't worked. I have had blood work which didn't show any abnormal liver levels. Anyone else have any insight on this?
