What does it do?
This product is used in the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This product contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, which are believed to have an effect on norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain.

I have been taking Adderal XR since 2008 and it has made a positive effect on my life. I am able to function, complete projects and even sit and enjoy the company of my family. One thing the Adderal did do for me is make me realize how much anxiety was in my life. I had lived a life filled with fear. I am a calmer and happier person now. I keep hearing people talk about personality changes, I have never had this problem. In fact, I think it has allowed my true personality to come to the surface. I am still the same person working on a thousand things, but finishing 99% of them.

I take 2 30 mg Amphetamine salts combo for my TBI, ADD and Bi-Polar. Before starting Amphetamine my mind would race everyday all day and even worse while laying in bed. After about 2 weeks on Amphetamine I finally started noticing it working, my mind racing got much better, my mind is much more clear while thinking and the best thing I noticed was I am not able to get 6-7 full hours of sleep each night! I was lucky to get 1-2 hrs of sleep before. All I can say is Amphetamine is a great sleep med.

I'm currently taking 30mg of Adderrall to make for a productive day. I beleive that some foods I eat mess with how well the drug works. (Bananas & Grapefruit and a few more.) I had maintained a good wieght for the first 5 yrs that I was on it, now I cant keep the pounds off,.Maybe age?, maybe weather? dont know. I'm an active 43 year old. I dont take any other drugs. My Life is good. I had Lasik done on my eyes 5 years ago (good resaults) ,today I wear contacts or glasses.
