Global Patient Feedback for B-100 Complex

I was taking B Complex 50 for ~5 years; it slowed my mouth sore outbreaks significantly--almost to nil. I started taking B Complex 100 about two months ago for the added iron. I've had "crampies" (or 'threats of cramps') in my legs for years, maybe associated with this B Complex intake. Based on what I've read on this blog, I believe I'll stop all B Complex intake for 30 days to discover if my crampies go away. Thanks...good site. Male, 64 years old.

Have been taking B-Complex for several years.Read recently that the Niacin which is one of the B's in the Complex interacts with Statins taken for cholesterol and increase the risks for muscle damage.Noticed an ache in my arm muscles before I stopped taking the B-Complex .The ache is now gone.I wonder if it's all in the mind.Anyone have similar side effects?

I noticed a change in my energy level when I take this vitamin, as well as my improved ability to handle stress. Also at times I get skin flushing due to vitamin B3 (niacin) which I learned can have this side affect, also used as an active ingredient in Niaspan. An interesting side affect is the fact that it turns my urine a bright yellow when I take it. No other side affects noted that are adverse.
