I tried taking B-Complex and got the biggest appetite. I was hungry all the time. Didn't notice much of an energy change that people speak of. I could have used it to work off the munchies. :o)

Has anyone else had the side effect of terrible flatulence from this supplement? I have stopped Vit B and it went away, then restarted it and it came back. It might just be the particular supplier. I believe I took it in the past without noticing the gassiness. It seems to help with my immune system but my energy level seems unaffected.
