After retiring at 62 became very sedement and listlsy, started taking B 12, my Dr. said to go to be complex and found my energy level came up greatly. But mostly seemed to make me want to get up and do something. Am a firm believer of vitiams, any brands, the gernics have been as good fo me as those fancy name brands thet cost 5 to10 times more. Use your on judgment. I take several BP medications, and have had no reactions to any of the V I take, but we must remember we are each diffrent, take care of anything you start.
