I am just starting to use Bee pollen. My doctor and a friend suggested I try it. I have asthma, allergies, some arthritis and tendonitis in both elbows. Does anyone have good or bad results with Bee Pollen?

I am a 69 year old male. I was diagnose with bursitis at 18. At 21, someone told me to use Bee pollen. Withing a month, I had decent mobility and virtually no pain in my shoulder. I was later diagnosed with arthritis, and again started using 1000 Mgs daily. I now have rhumatoid and osteo arthritis, but still have pretty much all my normal movements and only mild discomfort in my joints, along with spinal stenosis. I tried several test drugs, but had to quit the bee pollen. after about 4 weeks I quit the studies and wewnt back tio my bee pollen. I use it to this day. from Illinois
