I take 100mg Benadryl & 0.5mg Xanax to sleep at nite! I haven't slept this well since well I've never slept this well. I wake up just fine, no hang-over feeling. I take my BP meds in the morning when I first get up and blood pressure is fine. I only use my Phenergan and Nubain for my migraine. I do not use the Benadryl or Xanax if I use Phenergan and Nubain. This may not work for others, but it works GREAT for me. But I had a long conversation with my doctor. She monitors me very closely!

I take two dye free benedryl at night and was told to do so by a dr. I can take it in the day time and it does not make me sleepy to the poing of not being able to stay awake. I have a high tolerence for med's and pain and feel that while some would not be able to take what I do they have a low tolerence for med's and pain therefore I don't pay very much attention to Medguard telling me I am at risk as I have been taking all that I take for a very long time.

I am using this medication as a sleep aid and take 1/2 a tab at bedtime only. Why are people told to take this in the day yime? It is a sleeping pill? I lowered my dose and I'm still able to get up an pea and get back to sleep without having that dream where we think we got up! and wake up not on the toilet! You people know what I'm talking about. This helps me sleep and I don't notice anything out of the ordinary from being on this. Diabetics should try Melatonin ask yer Dr. first.
