What does it do?
This product is thought to improve digestion and has antimicrobial properties thought to 'cure colds'. It is commonly thought to aid in diabetes mellitus, but the studies showing this were done with cassia, not cinnamon.

i've had some success with cinnamon and cinnamon tea helping me with diarrhea - believe it or not; I stumbled on this by accident when drinking cinnamond tea during a difficult time with diarrhea and the diarrhea started to subside

Having been found allergic to current oral medication for the onset of Diabetes type 2, I have been taking Cinnamon each day. In powder form on breakfast cereals and at night in tablet form 2x200mg

66 years old take 2000 mg off metform each day and i take 1000mg of cinnamon a day and my sugar stay's for me under 120 for 95 %.
