77 year old female Been using Alvert Alg. for 2 months. Dry mouth only noticeable side affect.

I have been taking Claritin D 24 hour for about 3 years straight all year long. I have heard that I should not. Does any one have any comments. I also take Nasacort AQ every morning.

I should have said that, I would like a brand name, of the OTC version of Clarinex.
