What does it do?

The know-it-all psych adv me he had never in his 30 yrs seen anybody respond to Celexa & clon like I did. He wanted to blame it on my pain meds. Been on opiates for 4+ yrs & had been on my cur reg for 7 mos w/o any iss prior to Celexa & clon (I couldn't get the psych to believe me). I suffer from psoriatic arthropathy w/polyenthesitis and chronic fatigue and chronic pain.

I have been given Clonidine to help me withdraw from prescription oxycodone. I am 35, take Klonipin & Ativan. My blood pressure is usually around 108/70. Will clonidine lower it too much.

I was put on clonidine .1mg patch 8 days ago for high blood pressure.It reaches as high as 216/110 at times.After a week should it be under control?I have a lot of pain sometimes severe pain from spinal problems.Could the pain cause the b/p problems?If so will b/p medication control my blood pressure?Even with the clonidine the lowest it's been is156/94.Has anyone else had or have yhis type of situation?????
