I was given Trazadone by my physician when I asked him for something to help me sleep through the night.I am one of those who usually get to sleep successfully, but wake up early, and can't get back to sleep. I have been taking 50mg ( 1/2 tablet),and this does make a difference in the length of my sleep.I don't experience grogginess the next day.I am 62.

I've been taking Trazodone for many years, a low dose. It helps me sleep about 95 percent of the time & I have no hangover from it. I don't know what I'd do without it.
