Global Patient Feedback for Entocort EC

Have recently been taken off Budesonide (Pulmicort inhaler) for my asthma after 13 years of use. This was because it was causing severe hoarseness of the voice. An ENT investigation showed that my vocal chords had suffered significant thinning after prolonged use of the Budesonide. I am now using Beclomethasone (Clenil Modulite) with an Aerochamber.

I stopped using Rhinocort turbohaler budesonide powder seven days ago. It had provoked coughing. It affected by ability to talk and my ability to eat. The coughing provoked reflux. Since stopping the Rhinocort seven days ago I have coughed less and less each day. It had been prescibed after my complaints about Nasonex causing me chest pains and cough. Both Nasonex & Rhinocort caused bloody scabs in my nose. The doctors seem to think nothing of this. 55 year old male
