I take 100mcg Fentanyl patch which I change every 48 hrs for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. It has been a Godsend. I'd literally gone to my Dr. crying saying I couldn't handle the pain anymore. We started out low and worked up. I have found some difference in the quality of the delivery at times. As if it's not always consisent, I'm changing manufacturers to see if that will eliminate the problem.

I have been on the Fentynyl Patches for about 8 yrs. Without them I don't think I could stand the pain. I have MS and I have had back surgery. When it's getting close to time to change my patch I know it because the pain becomes unbearable. I also have to take oxycontin pills along with the patch. I am so grateful to my pain management Dr.. A lot of people do not understand and because they can't "see" anything wrong with me, they think I am not in pain. The patches have worked well for me.
