I have been using Lomotil for more than 40 years to impede diarrhea. It is quick and effective with no side-effects.

I have anal cancer and with all the chemo and radiation, plus surgery to treat this disease, i'm now on this drug to help me eat, otherwise as soon as food enters my mouth it rolls on out the back door, so i need help with keeping the food inside long enough to get the nutrients and vitamins they can offer me.

I was diagnosed with IBS 20+ years ago. I could not sit down to eat a meal without having to run to the restroom within a few bites. I found all the meds prescribed to be overwhelming and simply did not help me lead a normal life. One pill caused another problem for which another was prescribed, and so on. I found that stress was the main cause of my problems so I worked on ways to prevent stress in my life, cut out all the meds BUT the Lomotil and have a normal life again. 52 yr old female
