What does it do?
This product is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. It contains a calcium channel blocker (amlodipine) and an ACE inhibitor (benazepril).

Has anyone had problems with short term memory problems, weight gain. Female Age 59. It keeps my blood pressure under control but with side effects.

I'm taking Lotrel 10/40 & it the generic form-- I'm 72 & have had no side effects

After a stroke they doubled my husband's Lotrel. His libido has been dead since. Has anyone else had this symtom?
