Have been taking Centrum Silver for over 15 years now and haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Can't ever take any vitamins with Iron included, because me and most of the men I know, or am related too, will not be able to poop, if we take any iron. Iron stops me up right now.

It is safe to take magnesium with my heart medication or will it tend to coat it, causing it to be less than a full dose?
