I am just starting on LDN for treatment of systemic inflammation including Colitis, bleeding gums, cystic acne and recurrent bronchitis/pneumonia. I've been reading it can take several months before you notice any changes. For those people here who are using it... will it take that long?

I have been taking Vivitrol injections approx. 3 years for alcohol abuse. I have had only a couple of mild relapses. My alcohol urges are reduced. I do get quite a lump at the injection site. This takes about a month to go away. Other than that I have not had any side effects. 54 year old Female-MediGuard

I have taken Naltrexone for 1 month for treatment of alcohol abuse. It has been a wonder drug for me, my cravings for alcohol are gone and the side effects are very mild for me. I am very grateful for this medication, it is truly helping me to live a better life.
