Global Patient Feedback for Xanax (Alprazolam)

I have been taking Xanax for almost 20 years and it has been a blessing for me. I was cursed with Depression (which I treat with another medication) and very high anxiety followed by panic attacks that had me restricted to a room at one time. At first I thought there was no hope, I really thought my mind was gone and my life was over. This medication allowed me to block the fears, face the world and go on and live a good life without my fears. It is a blessing in my book.

Taking Losartan and Metropolol for rapid heart rate and HBP and often rate is still high; was taking potassium and a diuretic, doctor recently took me off those; been on a beta blocker for 10+ years; tinnitus in my left ear, suffers hair loss, weight gain and some vision problems; visit eye and a heart doctors, all looks well from them. Should my doctor consider a change in the beta blocker? Some of this may be anxiety, unsure-hair loss is concerning-advice? Also take 81mg aspirin and Xanax PRN

I was diagnosed with "panic attacks or anxiety attacks" over 20 years ago. Xanax or alprolazam is very helpful for this if I keep it in my system. I only take twice a day, morning and night. 0.5 mg.
