Global Patient Feedback for Actigall (Ursodiol)

I have been taking Urso Forte or Ursodiol for about 6 years now and have found that other than diarehea I am fine. I do taking something for the itching which comes with PBC, my diagnosis, and that eliminates, for the most part, that severe purtusis that I had before. PBC (Primary Biliary Cirrhosis) is an auto-immune sytem disorder. My AI system is attacking the bile ducts in my liver, so killing it.

I have only been on Ursodiol for a couple of days. No reaction so far. Hopefully it will yield good results for these burning attacks that I have. I was diagnosed with sludge, a benign cyst and a polyp. I would like to keep taking this med to see if it works. The surgeon said that surgery is not necessary for the cyst and polyp. But the pain is related to sludge. Glad to read that this is working for people for the most part. Wish me luck....
