What does it do?

This product is primarily used in the treatment of gout. It is also used to lower uric acid levels in patients with cancer, and prevent recurrence of particular kinds of kidney stones. It blocks an important enzyme in the production of uric acid.

Do you takeAcyprin 300mg only when gout flares up?? will it cause you to put on weight? If it helps my gout Ill be so happy, I have suffered with it for awhile now.

I USED TO GET PAINFUL GAUT ATTACKS EVERY 6 MONTHS OR SO.THEY WERE IN MY BIG TOE ON LEFT FOOT.I COULDNT WALK FOR A WEEK.IT WAS VERY PAINFUL.ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO MY DR. PRESCRIBED ALLAPURINOLK SINCE,ALSO.I HAVENT HAD ANOTHER ATTACK OF KIDNEY STONES.ALLIPURINOL IS THE BEST PERFORMING DRUG THAT I TAKE. FRANK BUTTERFIELD AGE 58

since Allopurinol and LInsinopril can cause allergic reactions, Is it okay for one to be taken in the morning and the other at night OR?? Is there a time element here where it would be safe to take one then later take the other pill??
