it's such a heavy medicine that it's difficult to take (I take sunmark Tablets) suppose to take 1 tablet, 2xs a day, but there are days I just can't take it due to stomache upset. I'm lucky if I manage 1 a day; lately, I'm taking 2 a day, but its not monthly. Its so heavy. I already have stomache issues so this is one pill I have no problem skipping.

Dr. Oz says not to take calcium with your other meds. Take two hours later or two hours earlier. Never knew this before and was never told not to take it with my other medications.
