What does it do?
This product is used in the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the reproduction process of the bacteria.

This product has a boxed warning related to the risk of developing tendinitis and tendon rupture in patients taking this medication.

Horrible reaction to cipro after 2.5 days: severe tendonitis and neck/shoulder pain, burning sensation on skin. Couldn't drive or sleep. Used it in the past and never had a problem. My pharm warned me about ruptured tendons, but neither she nor my doctor mentioned the black box warning. Wish one of them had.

Never take Cipro if your on Zanaflex. This nearly killed me and put me in the hospital three days.

I usually take Cipro for a UTI butnow it interacts with fleicanide which i am taking for a-fib which of uti meds will not react with fleicanide..anybody know? Thanks
