It is too bad that we who have used Darvocet for years for pain control and have not suffered any complications because we donot mix alcohol with our meds because the meds are what was important to helping us control our pain .... also one should never take more than instructed .. many people have done just this and this has ended up with misuse of this medication and now them pulling it off the market and leaving us with square one and pain and sleeplessness too .. I wish they would reconsider

I no longer take Darvocet N-100. The product has been pulled from the market. I now take Tramadol HCL 50 mg. Directions are to take one every 4 hours. However, I take 2 at a time when I need pain relief. That does not stop the pain, but it does dull it enough that I can still function
