Global Patient Feedback for Elocon (Mometasone Topical)

I currently use Elocon for my skin condition (Eczema). I find it very useful as it get rid of the immflamation on my skin. The only down fall is that it is high in steriods and also can lighten my skin. Where as when I used Dermavate, although also high in steriods, I find it does not fade out the colour of my skin. I find this strange as the Dermavate is higher in steriods than the Elocon but it's the Elocon which lightens the pigmentation on me. I would like to know why this is and why Doctors do not mention this? Also is there another medicated cream which I can use which will help me without the lose of my pigmentation?
