I've been using garlic tablets, niacin, Cholest Off & fish oil for years and my HDL is 97, my LDL is 67. I have no problem exercising. walking and working @ 72 years of age. I can usually outwork men 20 years younger than me. Daily I thank God for my good health and happiness. A positive mental attitude helps a lot.

I take a garlic supplement every day as well as cooking with loads of garlic in almost every dish. Have done this for years with no problems. I did find, over the years, that if you eat garlic on a regular basis, you will need more and more as time goes on to get any "garlic" taste in your meal. I routinely use anywhere from 10 -15 large cloves of garlic in recipes that call for 1 or 2 cloves.
