I was on Actos for 6 years until a few weeks ago. I started having a huge problem with swelling in my legs. We tried everything to releave the swelling, including wraps, lasix, more wrapping, compression hose, nothing worked. In saying that, it was decided that I should go off the actos because it does give you problems if you have congestive heart failure.(I don't). Almost immediately, the swelling went away, so, the only conclusion the dr. can come up with is it had to be the Actos.
