I started taking felodipine about 3 years ago. About the same time the lower part of my legs began having 'pressure and discomfort'. My ankles would swell during the day but would dissipate at night. About 6 months ago, after reading about the side effects of felodipine on the net, i stopped the medication. The results were amazing. My legs and ankles look like they did 20 years ago, slim and trim.

I have been given Felodipine ER, XL and plain Felodipine at different times. No side effects over several years but don't know why I'm given different (?) pils. Is this OK? Female - age 68
