What does it do?

I only take sudafed thirty minutes before flying as my ear spaces do not adjust to the ascending and landing of a plane. I use Afrin nasal spray with this . If I don't I become deaf for any where between 1-6 weeks and have severe ear pain. This was recommended by my specialist (ENT) and thankfully this has cured the problem
