I regularly advise my physicians of the potential interaction of Ranexa and Zofran when getting Zofran IV as part of my treatment for migraine headaches. The physicians seem to know about this, but give me the medication anyway. Why?

I have been on Ranexa for five years and am a 48 year old female. I have recently lowered my dosage from 2000 mg a day to 1000, and so far, so good. The one drawback for taking this miracle drug is the cost. It is $470 for one month, and this is the reason I have reduced the dosage.
