I have just stopped taking Vitamin E as I am also taking a small aspirin dose each day and I have read reports that the two don't mix!

My psychiatrist has me take 400mg twice a day for depression. The other benefits are just icing on the cake!

I suggest using only all natural food derived vitamin E and you will have none of the problems they wish to impose upon the use of vitamin E
