Global Patient Feedback for Zanaflex (Tizanidine)

I was prescribed zanaflex for muscle cramps and restless leg syndrom, which attacks at night. It is a life saver, but I have become drug tollerant, the doctor only recommends an extra 4 mg if I wake in pain, which at this point I'm taking 12 mg at least 3x per week and 4-8mg on better nights. This is the best result and nice to sleep more than 4 hours a night.

I was prescribed this medication for migraines. It puts me to sleep quickly but when I wake up I vomit. I have even taken it with promethazine to try and prohibit the vomiting. Has anyone else had this side effect?
