Novo Nordisk, Inc. A Recalls Single Lot of GlucaGen Hypokit Emergency Kit

Novo Nordisk, Inc. has recalled a single lot of GlucaGen Hypokit Emergency Kit; Glucagon [rDNA Origin] for Injection, 1mg. Lot number YW60477 is being recalled because some of the vials may be cracked in this lot.

GlucaGen Hypokit contains the active ingredient glucagon and is commonly used in the treatment of low blood sugar. Glucagon is also sold under other brand names. This recall alert only applies to the single lot of GlucaGen Hypokit Emergency Kit; Glucagon [rDNA Origin] for Injection, 1mg. No other glucagon products were involved in this recall.
