Safety Alerts & Recalls

What does this mean?

Although these recalled tablets are not likely to cause any health problems, you may want to follow up with your pharmacy if you are taking perphenazine made by Vintage pharmaceuticals, especially if you have noticed that your tablets are cracking or splitting. The prescription bottle often lists the manufacturer on the pharmacy label. If you think your tablets are made by Vintage Pharmaceuticals LLC, or if you are not sure who made your tablets, you should return them to your pharmacy to examine and possibly exchange.
