If you use Zicam products, please review the products you currently have in your household to see any of them are Zicam Multisymptom Cold & Flu Nighttime Formula 8 oz bottles, labeled with the NDC number 62750-023-10 or UPC code 7 32216 30032 1. Look at the bottle and see if is labeled with the recalled lot number MSN8287-1. If you think your Zicam product is involved in the recall, please return it to the place where you purchased it - most pharmacies will provide you with replacement medicine if your medicine is involved in the recall and you return your original bottle.

Recall on Single Lot of Zicam Multisymptom Cold & Flu Nighttime Formula

A single lot of Zicam Multisymptom Cold & Flu Nighttime Formula (Acetaminophen 325mg, Detromethorphan HBr 10mg and Guaifenesin 200mg) 8 oz bottles has been recalled because some bottles in the lot have been mislabeled. These bottles are labeled as containing Guaifenesin but actually contain Doxylamine Succinate.

The bottles involved in this recall are labeled with the following code/lot numbers: NDC number: 62750-023-10

UPC code: 7 32216 30032 1 and

Lot number: MSN8287-1, EXP 10/10
