What does this mean?
At this time, there have not been any reports of health problems associated with this recalled product. However, using the recalled product could result in a less effective cleansing of your skin or other surfaces. If you have purchased ANTIBACTERIAL WASHCLOTHS from CVS, please check your supply to see if you have any of the recalled lot numbers 09234A, 09236C, 09237B, or 09238C. The lot number can be found on the bottom of the plastic container. If your container has a "lot" number printed on it that matches one of the lot numbers listed in the recall, you should return it to your CVS Pharmacy to examine and possibly exchange. If you are not sure if your container is involved in the recall, please take your container to your pharmacy for them to check.

Recall of Four Lots of ANTIBACTERIAL WASHCLOTHS Containing Benzalkonium Chloride
Rockline Industries is recalling four lots of ANTIBACTERIAL WASHCLOTHS (Benzalkonium chloride) 0.115%, 25-count cloths per can with the product number UPC 50428-16554. These ANTIBACTERIAL WASHCLOTHS are made by Soshio Wet Tissue Co. and are used for hand washing to decrease bacteria on the skin. Lot numbers 09234A, 09236C, 09237B, and 09238C are being recalled because they are a lower concentration than labeled and they product does not have an expiration date.
This recall alert only applies to these four lots of ANTIBACTERIAL WASHCLOTHS which are sold exclusively at CVS Pharmacies. No other Antibacterial Washcloths or benzalkonium chloride products are involved in this recall.
